What Is On Offer
TIKO Foundation offers support and expert guidance to candidates in secondary and higher education.
Selected candidates will be offered financial aid to cover tuition fees and accommodation costs at their educational institution. Other expenses such as uniform (where appropriate) or study materials will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Pocket money or travel expenses are NOT subsidised by the TIKO Foundation Grant. Payments will be released in stages to the school or college, in most cases on a term by term basis, as long as the candidate continues to be enrolled at their place of study and is meeting the agreed academic standard and level of attendance.
There will be no direct or Cash Payments between TIKO Foundation and the candidate. All fees and expenses will be settled directly with the educational establishment.
It is important for potential candidates and parents to understand that the TIKO Foundation Grant is performance related; in other words, should the candidates fail to meet the agreed minimum academic standards, the grant will be withdrawn!
Should the candidate’s right of attendance at the institution be withdrawn, or should TIKO Foundation withdraw financial support, the candidate will have no right of claim for any outstanding balance paid by TIKO Foundation to the school, college or university.
